Four hundred students received notebooks, copybooks, pens and other stationery from the MP for Port of Spain South, Keith Scotland, ahead of the new school term which is set to resume on September 5th.
At the book-bag distribution drive on Thursday, Mr. Scotland said he wanted to help those families who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Additionally, MP Scotland’s office compiled a list of practice tests or past papers, which will be made available to those students who will sit the Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) in March next year.
The past-paper book will be available at the Port of Spain South constituency office, and will cover all subject areas.
MP Scotland expressed some concern for students who will be returning to school on September 5th.
The book distribution targeted both Primary and Secondary School students.
