Minister of Finance Colm Imbert has announced that over the next two weeks, the Government will disburse VAT refunds totalling $691 million to 6,100 Small and Medium-sized businesses.
Via a post on his X account, the Minister said this initiative fulfils a key commitment outlined in the 2025 Budget to support the business community.
Minister Imbert also revealed plans to begin processing individual income tax refunds in February, signalling the Government’s continued efforts to address outstanding financial obligations to citizens and businesses.
