‘Tis the season to be jolly and police officers attached to the Manzanilla Police Station very clearly understood the assignment.
On Christmas Day, some of the officers took the time to spread Christmas cheer and joy to the community.
To bring the initiative to life, the officers collaborated with the Community Oriented Policing Section, and members of El Dorado and Manzanilla Police Youth Clubs.
On Christmas Day, the officers distributed toys and party bags to several families. They also played games of chess with some in the community. At the end of the game, tokens of appreciation were shared to participants.
