Help is on the way for persons with disabilities in Tobago.
The promise by members of the Tobago House of Assembly during the Tobago-leg of the Down Syndrome Family Network’s conference. Secretary for Education, Research and Technology Zorisha Hackett noted that collaboration and consultations have already begun.
