Four years and over $1.8 million later, the Tobago Agribusiness Development Company’s commercial fishing vessel, ‘Capital of Paradise,’ has returned.
The Capital of Paradise was deemed unseaworthy and after renovation works were completed, the vessel has now received necessary approvals.
