Members of the People’s National Movement came together to celebrate the life and contribution of the late Dr. Joseph Laquis. Dr. Laquis, a medical doctor and stalwart of the party, represented the constituency of Diego Martin Central during his political life. He died at the age of 76 last Thursday, April 21st.

The former MP entered Parliament in 1981 and following the end of his term, moved to Mayaro.
