The Semi Final of the CG Insurance Women Super 50 Cup unfolded today between T&T and Barbados with the Bajans winning by nine wickets at Providence in Guyana,
The Red Force ladies had a tough time batting first against the Bajan bowlers only managing 133 all out from 31.2 overs. Lee-Ann Kirby top scored with 41 and Leandra Ramdeen got 10. Aaliyah Alleyne did the damage with 4 wickets for 31 runs, while Haley Mathews supported taking 3 for 20.
Responding to the low total, Barbados cruised into the final after overhauling the total, finishing on 137 for 1 in 30.2 overs. Hayley Mathews added to her bowling performance with 50 not out, Kyshona Knight was close behind finishing her innings not out on 49.
