A fatality report into the death of a man who was crushed to death by a tractor at the Forres Park landfill has been submitted to the Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA).
This according to Acting Leader of Government Business in the Upper House Paula Gopee-Scoon.
She says the unauthorised scavenger was in the area when he came into contact with a tractor and sustained injuries to his pelvic area and chest last Friday. He succumbed to his injuries on Monday.
