‘Delivery’ and ‘collaboration’ were the words used by Chairman of the Tobago Chamber of Commerce, Diane Hadad, and Corporate Secretary of Tobago Civil Net, Leroy George, when analysing the recent $3.97 billion draft budget presented by Chief Secretary and Secretary of Finance in the Tobago House of Assembly, Farley Augustine.
Mr. George however was unsure that Central Government would allocate the full amount requested by the Chief Secretary and predicted some cuts.
Ms. Hadad, meanwhile, puts the onus on the new Progressive Democratic Patriots administration to deliver what is needed in Tobago, utilising resources and providing accountability.
