Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has declared violence in this country a Public Health Emergency.
Speaking at the VIP Lounge at the Piarco International Airport on Saturday, Dr. Rowley said violence is becoming too prevalent and, as a result, the public is becoming too desensitised to the issue.
