School’s almost out but the brains of the little ones are still clicking.
This, as students of both Primary and Secondary Schools that fall within the Arouca/Maloney constituency graced the stage of the National Academy of the Performing Arts (NAPA) on Tuesday for Camille’s Spelling Bee Competition.
The competition, hosted by Member of Parliament for the area, Camille Robinson-Regis, was split into a Primary and Secondary category and saw a number of students vying for the final prizes of cash and electronic devices.
Bon Air Secondary walked away with the first prize among the Secondary School contestants, while Arouca Government Primary School was the top performing Primary School.
