Transport Minister Rohan Sinanan says Cabinet has agreed to procure electric buses for use by the Public Transport Service Corporation to make a bold step away from internal combustion engines.
The remaining buses will still be utilized, but he believes this needs to be done to move with the rest of the world and also reduce emissions.
