Pan lovers have been busy keeping up with the events of Steelpan Month and recently, pan entrepreneurs gathered at the Queen’s Park Savannah for the organisations Pan Pop-Up.
Over 20 vendors set up for the event, which also had a theme – Networking in Pan.
One Pantrinbago member, Zakiya De Coteau, said the organisation felt it was necessary to provide a platform for not only people who play the steelpan, but for other members of the organisation who are business owners as well.
One pan enthusiast, who is also in the business of making pan sticks, says the event provided the opportunity for her to sell many other items.
