Themed “Ritual, Revelry, Release,” elements of Tobago’s October Carnival were unveiled during a Media Launch on Wednesday.
Members of the media, Tobago House of Assembly representatives, along with Carnival stakeholders were greeted by old time Carnival characters as they arrived at the Shaw Park Cultural Complex. Then they were entertained by a live production.
