AG Armour: Greater Consultations For Bail Bill

Attorney General Reginald Armour has vowed to learn from mistakes from the Bail Bill that failed in the Parliament last month, and ensures that Government will ‘get it right the next time.’

Speaking on TTT’s Programme Delving Deeper, AG Armour said he intends to return the Bail Bill in the new Parliamentary term and promised to hold much more consultations, which he believes was ‘insufficient’ the last time around.

AG Armour is also hopeful that he can get the Opposition to support the Bill.
