A handful of residents of Lopinot Valley protested on Saturday for a lack of water in their community.
Meanwhile, members of the Lopinot/La Pastora Village Council are urging the residents to exercise patience as the new Water Treatment Facility was opened in June by the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA).
