Minister of Rural Development and Local Government Faris Al Rawi has rejected the allegations made by Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar that he is guilty of misbehaviour in public office, and conspired to pervert the course of justice.
The allegations is in relation to an indemnity offered to King’s Counsel Vincent Nelson when Mr. Al Rawi served as Attorney General.
