The first Secondary Schools Football League Final of any kind since 2019 takes place on Wednesday at the Ato Boldon Stadium when Fatima College meets St. Benedict’s College in the Big 4 Final.
In a classic North South battle in Central, Fatima will come up against the La Romaine Lions in neutral territory on a ground suitably called the Home for Football from 3:30 pm.
This year’s season was deviated from its last format prior to the Covid-19 pandemic and was split into two groups , A and B.
St. Benedicts beat Southern rivals Presentation College 5-3 to earn their shot at glory while Fatima had a tougher time as they edged Northern Rivals San Juan North Secondary 1-0 to earn the right to compete for the Big 4 title.
