TTT Limited CEO, David Roberts, discussed forming partnerships with the THA as well as other stakeholders to ensure that TTT showed up in a very big way for Tobago’s inaugural October Carnival, and provide the support it would usually provide to the National Carnival Commission for the Greatest Show on Earth.
