Keys to starter homes were today distributed to 53 beneficiaries under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s Housing and Village Improvement Programme in South Trinidad.
The new homeowners were urged to take pride in their new homes by Mayor of San Fernando, Junia Regrello.
