Scores of students graduated from the East Port of Spain Development Company’s social and economic programmes on Saturday.
Managing Director of the organisation, Dr. Deborah Thomas-Austin, said there were several new courses offered this year. Some of those courses included conversational Spanish, Sign Language and Cooking with Confidence.
One of the graduates, Matthew Burke, lauded the cooking course. Mr. Burke noted that he had been cooking since the age of nine but the course exposed him to many new skills.
