Following the Acting Police Commissioner’s revelation in August that firearms were coming through this country’s legal port of entry, comes the news that all of the mobile scanners at the Port of Port of Spain have not been functioning since 2021.
The Port only has access to one fixed scanner, with manual checks also being conducted.
