Mr. Peters said the foreign exchange that comes in during the Carnival festivities is a big boost to the economy. He said T&T Carnival is an investment and the more we promote Carnival, the better for the country.
He noted that work was going on apace at the Queen’s Park Savannah, adding the vendors’ booths were being remade and would soon be up.
