The new generation of workers are looking for jobs that can provide an adequate work/life balance and flexibility.
That’s according to President of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT), Cavelle Joseph-St. Omer. She said in order to achieve this, workers must also sharpen their skills by becoming digitally literate.
