Tobago has recorded its first Road Fatality for 2023.
According to reports, around 11 o clock on Carnival Monday morning, 33 year old Dwayne Winchester of Carnbee Tobago was driving east along the Claude Noel Highway in the vicinity of Lambeau when he lost control of his vehicle while overtaking a line of vehicles.
His car swerved up an embankment and crashed into a tree.
He died at the scene.
