Three women who are all titans of industry in the Creative Sector join Kimberly on set this International Women’s Day to discuss leadership roles in steel bands.
These women, Julie Williams, the Captain of Exodus Steel Orchestra, Chanel Pouchet, the Captain of Nutrien Silver Stars, and Desiree Myers, the Captain of Shell Invaders, led their bands to second, third, and fourth places at this year’s Panorama Finals.
