Nine talented, confident young women will take to the stage on July 29th to compete at the 2023 Miss Laventille Emancipation Queen Competition hosted by the Beetham Gardens Sports and Development Committee.
On Sunday, the delegates were officially sashed and presented at the “Mummy and I Brunch” fundraiser at the Beetham Gardens Community Centre. This year, the delegates are tasked with researching and representing a country from the African continent.
They will be judged on cultural wear, talent, evening gown, and the highly-anticipated Question and Answer segment.
