Tragedy strikes a Tobago family for a second time in 3 weeks.
24 year old Justin Arthur the nephew of accident victim Teresa Adams drowned at the Argyle Waterfall on Tuesday. The UK resident was in Tobago to attend Teresa’s funeral. Teresa and her Husband Christian Adams died in a vehicular accident on May 18.
According to police, sometime after 3pm on Tuesday, Mr. Arthur got into difficulty while swimming at the Tobago waterfall with 2 other persons. His body was recovered with the assistance of divers from the area along with Tobago Emergency Management Agency responders.
