A local civil society group is taking concrete steps to address violent crime in communities across Trinidad and Tobago.
The group, Call To Action For Social Change Foundation, launched its first initiative recently.
One of the Foundation’s Directors, Dionne Guischard, noted the breakdown of families is one of the root causes of crime. She added families have been challenged to function in a healthy manner because these individuals do not recognise their roles.
The Foundation launched a series of 26 educational videos aimed at millennial parents titled ‘The ABCs Of Parenting.’
