President of the Tobago Hindu Society is wishing Trinidad and Tobago a Happy Divali.
Ms. Pulwaty Beepath said though the pandemic has halted their celebrations for another year, this year, they embarked on a new venture.
Ms. Beepath explained that today’s Divali celebrations would be simple.
The Tobago Hindu Society President encouraged members to abide by the COVID protocols during their activities. She says they hope to return to some normalcy in 2022.
