Government wants answers about the amendment of the billion dollar contract for the Point Fortin Highway under the People’s Partnership Government.
Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley said this secret agreement on the eve of the 2015 election, waived T&T’s ability to terminate the contract with the OAS contractor following its bankruptcy in 2015.
