With technology responsible for many of the changes in the world of work, the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT) saw it fitting to make it the focus of its Biennial Conference, HR: Into the Metaverse.
The Conference, which began on Tuesday, will focus on trends and insights, how to improve leadership skills and diversity, equity and inclusion among other topics.
