While the Ministry of Health continues to notice an increase in the number of patients requiring ICU level treatment, most of the patients are unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated.
Principal Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Maryam Abdool-Richards, said the Ministry plans to increase capacity in the parallel healthcare system.
