The West Indies Test Team touched down in Australia a few days before the end of 2023 and took some time to acclimatize to the conditions.
Earlier today, the team embarked on their first training and outdoor net session before the start of the four-day warm-up game against an Australian President’s XI on Monday 9th January. Based on all initial reports, the team is in good spirits and coping well with the fluctuating Adelaide temperatures.
The First Test begins on Tuesday 16th January while the second, a day-night pink ball affair, bowls off on January 24th in Brisbane.
