Outraged parents of students attending the St. Dominic’s Roman Catholic School engaged in an after school protest on Wednesday – the second official school day of the year, stating that the health and safety of their children were being compromised.
It’s said that the current building where the Standards One to Five students are being housed was supposed to be a temporary solution nine years ago, when the old building was deemed unsafe for conducting classes. However, this building now has major structural and plumbing issues.
One parent said this has been going on way too long.
Another is pleading with the Government to intervene.
