Retired Alaskan Judge and United States National, Ray Funk, was awarded the Chaconia Medal Silver for his dedication to preserving, documenting, and producing works on Trinidad and Tobago culture.
Due to his unavailability at the time of the Republic Day Award Ceremony, President Christine Kangaloo presented the award in a brief ceremony at President’s House this afternoon.
