President of the Trinbago Unified Calypsonians Organisation (TUCO), Ainsley King, believes the time has come for calypso to enter into a business model.
Speaking at the 2024 Road March results at the Queen’s Park Savannah on Wednesday, he said he believes TUCO engaged in certain activities to cut some costs and ensure revenue was a top priority.
He added that TUCO also ensured that the number of complimentary tickets were significantly reduced this year.
