The West Indies Senior Men’s team arrived in Galle earlier today ahead of their two match Test series versus Sri Lanka.
Unfortunately, the men in maroon missed out on much needed match practice as their warm-up encounter against a Sri Lanka President’s XI was completely washed out.
The squad will have a few net sessions before the first match bowls of on November 21st.
Captain Kraig Brathwaithe will be leading a squad containing a good mix of experience and youth, with Trinidadian Jeremy Solozano poised to make his international debut.
The last time these two teams clashed was earlier this year in March, where both matches ended in a draw.
