Stress related to the COVID-19 pandemic has reached an all-time high.
This, according to one Mental Health researcher, University of the West Indies Professor, David Williams.
Mr. Williams said that the challenge of living expenses especially for those at the lower economic end resulted in stress.
Dr. Williams says that although the data is based in the US, he is seeing some of the same problems elsewhere in the research.
He did touch on some of the solutions to the problem such as less consumption of news, getting more sleep at least 8 hours and better nutrition.
