The price of Bulk Cocoa continues to soar worldwide, hitting $10,000 per metric ton last Tuesday, which is now more expensive than fine flavour cocoa, that is sold in T&T. And while the local cocoa industry would not benefit from these soaring prices, steps are being made to mitigate against the decline in cocoa production.
