Second Vice President of the Tobago Cricket Association Earl Arthur has died at the age of 61.
Arthur, who joined the Association in 2020, reportedly collapsed while exercising at French Fort, Calder Hall on Monday. The Association, via a Facebook post, described Mr. Arthur as a respected retired Police Inspector, renowned for his stringent approach to discipline, protocol, and structure.
They added that his leadership qualities were instrumental in his appointment as the Head of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board Disciplinary Committee.
