The Ministry of Sport and Community Development, began Cycle four of the “Girl Defend Yuhself Programme” at the Hindustan Community Centre.
The programme, which is a key part off the Ministry’s Pink Reign Campaign, focuses on young girls and women who who are being mentored on improving their physical fitness and mastering essential self defence skills.
Under the expert guidance of Mr. Ian Levia, who is the Chief Instructor of Krav Maga Global Academy and Caribbean Director of Krav Maga Global, the participants continue to enhance their skills.
