1 in 11 people worldwide faced hunger in 2023 and 1 in 5 in Africa. According to the United Nation’s report on the State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World (SOFI), hunger numbers have been stubbornly high for three consecutive years as the global crisis deepens. The report was launched on Wednesday.
