The blind and visually impaired in Tobago now have an opportunity to join the discussions on the implementation of the National Strategic Action Plan on Gender Based Violence and Sexual Violence. On Friday, the Ministry of Child and Gender Affairs presented the NSAP’s Braille edition to representatives of the Tobago House of Assembly, Blind Welfare Association and New Vision Foundation.
