Customers of the Water and Sewerage Authority may soon have to pay the utility company based on the amount of water they use. Minister of Public Utilities, Marvin Gonzales made the remark as he addressed a media conference to launch the Caribbean Water and Waste-Water Association Conference and Exhibition on Wednesday.
