Overwhelmed with emotion, the family of murdered mother of four, Tara Ramsaroop, and her 14 month old daughter, Jada, is devastated by their loss and has made an appeal to men and women in abusive relationships to get out before it’s too late.
Tara and her daughter were chopped to death by a male relative on Tuesday.
