PLAR stands for Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition. This powerful process validates and recognises the skills, knowledge and competencies gained through various learning experiences – informal, nonformal, or formal.
With PLAR, skilled individuals without certification can achieve the Trinidad and Tobago National Vocational Qualification (TTNVQ) or the Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ), which unlocks new career opportunities.
