A deadly ambush on Hiliaire Street, Diego Martin on Wednesday evening has claimed the lives of two men and left another currently hospitalized.
The incident allegedly occurred around 6:30 PM when occupants of a silver Nissan AD Wagon opened fire on a group of men.
Anfernee Eligon and Calvin Levine, tragically succumbed to their injuries at the St. James Medical Facility. The third victim, Mario Charles remains hospitalized.
The vehicle used in the attack was later discovered abandoned in Cameron Hill, Petit Valley.
Authorities are actively investigating this crime and are appealing to the public for any information that may assist in their probe.
