Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly Ancil Dennis in his Independence Day message urged citizens to use their democracy to make informed decisions regarding the vaccines. Mr. Dennis said Trinidad and Tobago has produced notable scientists while he urged persons to trust the science as the country battles the COVID-19 virus.
