Leadership Change Ahead For TT Table Tennis Association

The Trinidad and Tobago Table Tennis Association hosted qualifiers for Junior and Senior tournaments in 2025, and it’s expected to be a promising year ahead for the sport, according to its President, Dr. Shelly Anne Wilson.

However, Dr. Wilson will not be the one leading the charge. She told TTT Sport that she will not contest the post of President at this Saturday’s Annual General Meeting at the National Racquet Centre. She reassured that she will not be going far, and will assist wherever she can with the sport.

The current Assistant Secretary, Sharon Bravo-Phillip, will lead one slate to form the new executive, while former National standout Aleena Edwards will also lead a slate in what is expected to be a tightly contested race.
